Additionally, at Pics Photo Booth, we use superior quality equipment that’s a step above the traditional photo booth rental technology. Our state-of-the-art SLR camera, studio lighting, and dye-sublimation printer will produce superb, high-resolution 4×6 photos! For what would typically be spent on party favors, our service is an incredible entertainment experience. Guests will enjoy endless opportunities to interact with family and friends. After your event, images will be uploaded to our digital gallery for sharing and social networking. We also offer packages that include a photo guest book and scrapbook supplies.
In less than 15 seconds, two individual 2X6 pieces will print out so your guest can leave with one, and you can keep one in a photo album. Our top-of-the-line printers automatically and precisely separate the strips for you. Almost all other companies use less expensive printers that make you or an attendant manually cut them apart with a razor blade or scissors.
All packages include double prints. In addition, a photo album option is available at $150.00; guests can slide their photos in and write messages. This provides you years of smiles every time you pick it up and look back at your friends and family caught in the act of fun.
Absolutely! We can print just about anything you want at the bottom of every photo strip. For example, you are welcome to provide us with a custom logo or a personalized message, or we can print the event name and date.
Yes, we can set up the event photo booth for the cocktail hour, then off for dinner. Booth downtime is charged as Idle Time at $50/hour. This downtime does not count towards your hours of Pics Photo Booth use.
Our professional photo booth attendant will come dressed in appropriate attire and set up/take down the photo booth. They ensure the photo booth runs to perfection and help your guests with the guest book and any other questions they have. Your guests will be invited to pose in our open-air photo booth area. Our photographers have a keen eye for great pictures; we’ll use top-of-the-line equipment to snap up to four photos of your guests. Guests will be able to choose from an assortment of props to use during their photo booth session. Props for your event can be tailored to fit your event’s theme. We can accommodate large groups and small children with our state-of-the-art photography equipment. Our fantastic photo booth photographers will coach and engage each individual or group to ensure that each picture is worth more than a thousand words! Each of the 4×6 prints with your pre-selected custom photo frame overlay will be available in less than eight seconds. What a great way to enhance your party’s theme and capitalize on a branding opportunity! Everyone in the picture will receive a copy of the photo booth photo – what a fantastic party favor! Upon the event’s conclusion, we will also have the digital images uploaded to our website. Upon request, we also have the capability of producing a memory album complete with photos and personal notes for the party’s host. Pics Photo Booth will entirely manage this process. We will also have your party on our website, and the pictures can be shared via social networking sites and email.
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
Our setup takes about 10ft x 10ft of space and is eight ft high. For photo album events, we will use a table from the event placed next to the booth for the
activities.We take pride in offering the highest quality entertainment and photos at a fair price. Of course, you’ll find lower quality at a lower price, but when was the last time you bought the cheapest option, and it didn’t break? Saving 5-10% on a photo booth that doesn’t work 50% of the time isn’t a good deal. You spend so much time and money on your big day, don’t gamble on a cheap photo booth that could stop working or ruin your great memories with blurry, poorly lit photos. Our equipment is the most expensive, state of the art available, and it will work wonderfully at your event, guaranteed. Our prices are all-inclusive, so find out what you are not getting first from the less expensive companies. There are many excellent photo booth companies, and we are competitively priced with them. However, even the best of them can’t offer full spectrum continuous lighting, high-speed lab quality printers, or our High-Quality cameras.

How far in advance do we have to book?
We recommend booking it as soon as possible to ensure you reserve your date because our schedule fills up quickly. However, we never like saying no, so we will if we can make it happen for you.

We already have a photographer, why do we need a photo booth?
We get this question a lot! It would help if you had a photographer to take pictures of the event (mostly weddings). The purpose of the photo booth is to entertain, but also so that you can get more images of your guests. At the same time, your photographer focuses their professional lens on the dance floor, the cake cutting, and other essential shots. Pics Photo Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests. The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and have fun! The photos you keep from it are an incredible reminder of your fun event. You will know it’s a hit when you see Grandma wearing a feather boa and blowing kisses into the camera.
What type of printer do you use?
We use a Lab Quality Sublimation Dye Printer. As a result, we give you exceptionally high-quality photos that will last a lifetime. Don’t be fooled by other companies that use Inkjet printers; they can smudge on your clothes, look grainy, and take up to a minute to print.
How can we share the photos with our family and friends?
We will upload all the photos to our online gallery, where your friends and family can download them for free, tag them on Facebook, or order more prints quickly. The high-resolution image files will be uploaded after the event and hosted for your viewing pleasure for a year. Feel free to produce additional prints on your own, or share the photo booth photos on your favorite social media sites. Also available is a keepsake for the event planners themselves; our honorable hosts have the option of receiving a one-of-a-kind keepsake album with all of their guests’ photos. Photographed guests will be encouraged to sign the guest book with a personal note.
